GUIDELINES...
We just wanted you to agree to a few simple guidelines that will keep EVERYONE happy!

  1. STAY ON PREMISES:  Students must remain ON MT. LEBANON'S PROPERTY from the moment of registration on Sunday afternoon until check-out on Friday.   There is no good reason for any student to go off MT. LEBANON'S PROPERTY with anyone (adult or friend).
  2. GO TO ALL REQUIRED EVENTS :  All students will be required to attend all school sessions, Flight Crew times, recreation, meals, and worship services, beginning with check-in through the final session on Friday.  If your assigned school or Flight Crew is involved in a scheduled activity, whether in the classroom, auditorium, or on the athletic field, you must be with them.  There are no exceptions to this unless you are injured or sick and are at the nurse's office, medical clinic, or hospital.
  3. NO VEHICLES, PLEASE:  All persons will need to walk while attending Flight 360.  Do NOT bring skateboards or roller blades.  All other vehicles must be parked in the Flight 360 parking lots from the time of check-in until check-out on Friday.  Some golf carts will be reserved for use only by selected Flight 360 administrative staff in order to serve students' needs better and to facilitate quick arrival in emergency situations.
  4. IF YOU ARE SICK OR HURT – HERE ARE THE OPTIONS: In the event of illness or injury, students will not be permitted to remain in their cabins or lodges.  Students who are ill or injured will be required to rest in the Flight 360 office area or seek medical assistance in the nurse's office until they are able to return to the regularly scheduled activity or session of their school.
  5. IF YOU BRING MEDICATION WE NEED TO KNOW:   All medications each student uses or brings with them to Flight 360 are to be listed on the Registration/Medical Release Form and/or the Medication Information/Administration Release Form and checked by the Flight 360 nurse at check-in time on Monday.  Students must not share any medication, including aspirin or other pain relievers, or any other over-the-counter or prescriptive medication, with any other student.
  6. CABIN LOCK OUT SHOULDN’T HAPPEN TO YOU:  All students are required to be inside their assigned cabins by whatever time Flight 360 Director deems it’s time to be in each night.
  7. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE GIRLS TO BE IN BOYS' SIDE OF THE CABIN OR BOYS IN GIRLS' SIDE OF THE CABIN: This includes hallways outside these rooms, and obviously the rooms themselves, too.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
  8. DRUGS, ALCOHOL, ANY FORM OF TOBACCO, FIREARMS, KNIVES OR ANY OTHER KIND OF WEAPON, OR FIRWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED:  No explanation needed – if you bring it – you go home.  ALSO, DO NOT BRING:  Tape players, radios (including clock radios), CD players, televisions, Nintendos, PlayStations or any other type of electronic games or equipment, pagers, cellular phones, or computers.  ALSO NOT ALLOWED:  Any type of paint which can or will be applied to anything, which does not personally belong to you.  By leaving these things at home for one week, the distractions of every day life can be set aside while you direct your attention to God's Word.
  9. WEAR MODEST, COMFORTABLE CLOTHING :  Casual clothing is acceptable during all activities at Flight 360.  If you question it…don’t bring it!  If it’s revealing or too short…don’t bring it!  If it’s a two piece swimsuit…leave it at home and grab your one piece.  Guys, don’t even think about the speedo!
